The S02 Fast Ethernet Switch is a "set-and-forget" solution for industrial cabinets. It offers 5 ports with 10/100 Mbps speed, sufficient for most control data traffic. Its key advantage is the wide input voltage range (5-58 VDC), which allows it to run on 12V, 24V, or even 48V DC power supplies commonly found in telecom or automation racks.
Like the Gigabit model, the S02 includes a VLAN switch for simple port isolation, enhancing network security by preventing direct communication between connected devices (ports 1-4) while allowing access to the uplink (port 5).
