One Gateway, Two Modes of Operation – Complete Flexibility

Gateway Mode (Modbus TCP Master -> Modbus RTU/ASCII Slave): The standard scenario. Your SCADA or HMI system (Master) on the Ethernet/Wi-Fi network polls field devices (Slaves) connected to the gateway's RS232/RS485 ports.
Router Mode (Modbus RTU/ASCII Master -> Modbus TCP Slave): A unique solution. A Master device in the field (e.g., a PLC) with an RS485 port can poll Slave devices connected to the Ethernet/Wi-Fi network. Our gateway acts as a bridge, making network devices available on the serial bus.

Wired Reliability or Wireless Flexibility?

Ethernet Models (STM32/ESP32 Platform): Choose these when maximum stability and performance of a wired connection is your priority. We offer models based on the ultra-efficient STM32F4 core or the flexible ESP32.
