The Redisage C08 converter is the flagship model of the M-Bus Master series, created to handle very large metering systems. The device is capable of powering and handling communication with 400 M-Bus meters simultaneously, making it an ideal solution for entire housing estates, shopping centers, or large industrial plants.
The C08 model combines the functions of a protocol converter (M-Bus to RS232/RS485) and a signal repeater. Key advantages:

C08 – Powerful Master for 400 Devices
The C08 M-Bus Master converter is the most powerful device in the Redisage offer, dedicated to supporting very large remote metering systems. Equipped with a high-performance bus power supply system, it is capable of handling up to 400 standard M-Bus devices (Slaves), making it an ideal solution for entire housing estates, shopping centers, or large industrial plants.
The device performs two functions: physical conversion of the M-Bus signal to RS232/RS485 (for communication with the master system) and a repeater function, allowing for signal regeneration and extension of the range of an existing M-Bus network. Despite its high power, the C08 ensures full safety thanks to 3-way 1000 VDC galvanic isolation, protecting the control system from surges.
Built-in LED indicators enable real-time monitoring of power status, transmission, and bus load levels, facilitating diagnostics and service.
